The incantation of my ancestors spirit, energy and power is such a calming yet mystical experience. I was telling my boyfriend in the midst of venting about the valleys of life; how I know how to "heal" myself from these episodes. ie; episodes- events I describe as "spiritual attacks"; moments where I'm feeling "heavy" or "pressure" from the matrix; either in thoughts or physical exertion; not resting properly. I know that in these moments I'm suppose to go within.
