The incantation of my ancestors spirit, energy and power is such a calming yet mystical experience. I was telling my man in the midst of venting about the valleys of life; how I know how to "heal" myself from these episodes.

ie; episodes- events I describe as "spiritual attacks"; moments where I'm feeling "heavy" or "pressure" from the matrix; either in thoughts or physical exertion; not resting properly.

I know that in these moments I'm suppose to go within. Whenever I'm getting thoughts of doubt, lack or scarcity, I know these thoughts aren't mine. Something has attached itself to me; and is projecting onto me subconsciously...

We're in times of heavy spiritual warfare. When "they" said the revolution would not be televised, it's because it's a focused attack on the minds of the people.

I know me, I know I wouldn't tell myself "I can't make it", "I don't have it", "I'm not worthy", etc... Because if you ask me, "Natasha where do you see yourself, your family and your business in the future?" I can tell you to a "t" exactly what it'll look like if I design it co-creatively with the universe.

Now why would I then tell myself the opposite?

The matrix, or this physical construct we call "earth" is filled with parasitical entities who want nothing more than to suck every drop of hope, love, and benevolent & etheric frequency from your entire being. Including thirsting for your soul.

SPIRITUAL BATHS ARE A MUST RIGHT NOW AND FOREVER AS WE NAVIGATE THIS SHIFT TO HIGHER TIMELINES!

And they are extremely healing, soothing and reaffirming to the goddess within us all. Spiritual baths are literal moments where you're present in calling your energy back; or clearing and cleansing energy that is not yours.

Day one of my 7 day energy cleanse/ spiritual bath. No two baths are the same. The look, the feel, the energetic presence be intense on different levels each time. It's new waters each time...

And in doing so, you are channeling the ancestors spirit to assist you in grounding and coming back to center.

I have a really close connection with Goddess Sekhmet and Osun. I've been building my relationship with them for years now, and I know from specfic events where I have tapped into their energy for certain binding spells, retribution and most importantly protection.

I also have other ancestors like the spirits of souls that wanted to come through that I lost one way or another during pregnancy. As well as Tehuti Re, aka, Kedar Griffo. A long time confidant and teacher to me who I can say helped lead me to me. May he continue to transition and rise in power. We lost him physically during the 2021 worldwide sickness!

However, it's the invocation of my ancestors that's so intoxicating during a spiritual bath. You can, if your aware and open to allowing your ancestors to enter you, experience a natural, cosmic high. You feel so at peace, so mighty, and so un-fuck-with-able. Because you know you are bigger than any attack on your life, your health, your abundance, your prosperous timeline.

You know for certain in this moment what you are feeling, the downloads you are getting, the power you are remembering is billions of years old. It comes from sacred dark matter. It's an etheric aura that can penetrate the most ugliest of souls.

You can't deny this feeling. It's potent, it's poetic, it's pleasure to the nervous system!

And all of a sudden you're not scared anymore. You're not worried. You're speaking life to your cells again. You're speaking nice to yourself again.

Depending on the level of the episode, spiritual baths must be repeated. You must create a rhythm of 3 days, 7 days, 9 days, 21 days, or 30 days of intentional energetic release... It's a war outside, one bath will not cut it anymore!

As a divine source yourself, these should be done on a regular anyway. Our ancestors are here to assist us. They do not intervene unless we assure and allow them to. Lean on them, lean into them, talk to them, get to know them. And invoke them often because they are protectors in the spiritual and physical realms. We need their assistance on every timeline, dimension, and space in existence!
