Shipping 

How long does shipping take?

U.S. Standard Shipping through USPS is 3-5 business days. Can take up to 7 business days depending on your location and time of the year. A confirmation email and tracking number will be sent upon shipment of your order.

What are my Shipping options?

We only offer USPS Standard Shipping from Venus, Texas on all U.S. orders. We do not rush orders or provide overnight shipment.

How much does it cost to ship?

Shipping is $6 Flat on all U.S. orders under $75. Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders at or above $75.

Do you offer local pickup in Venus, Texas?

No we do not!

Can I cancel my order?

Yes!

Order cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of purchase. Once your handcrafted items are processed + packaged for shipping, we are unable to cancel your order. Refund will be approved and returned to the card you purchased with within 48 hours. Availability of those funds depends on your bank. You'll receive an email confirmation. 

Product Formulation:

What does small batch mean?

This means that we create all of our cosmetic & skincare products in small batches, not mass production. This ensures you get quality product formulation with every item you purchase. Hence, why we do restock every other Monday.

What does plant base mean?

Plant base means majority of our ingredients are plant derivatives. They are either extracted from a natural plant source, or in some relation to a natural plant substance.

What does hand-crafted mean?
Hand crafted to us simply means to create and/or design from scratch by hand. One's own creation and formulation.

Are all of your products created using natural, earth derived ingredients?

 Absolutely! We really value our level of integrity when it comes to skincare formulation. The ingredients listed on the packaging and product description is accurate! We are 100% plant based & cruelty-free.

Restocks:

If an item is sold out, when will it restock?

Generally sold-out products are restocked every other Monday (twice a month). Unless otherwise stated it will not be returning. To stay up to date with restocking, please subscribe to our "Spiritual Girlie Alerts"..

When items are Limited Edition or Seasonal, when will those items be restocked?

LE or Seasonal items restock for appropriate holidays, events or occasions they were created and planned for. ie; Christmas, Valentine Day, Sweetest Day etc... These restocks will be announced through email. Be sure to subscribe to our email for updates.

Packaging:

Why does my packaging look different?

Two reasons: 1. We updated our logo as of January 2024. And 2. Due to the limited product availability with the manufacturing warehouses, we do business with, we may not be able to keep the same package appearance. The product will remain the same as far as ingredients, benefits and weight; however, the package in which our product comes may vary. We will update you through email, be sure to subscribe for updates.

Refunds:

How come your company does not allow refunds?

Due to the nature of our business and our small-batch skincare process, refunds are not feasible. However, if your product isn't opened and/or tampered with, we will gladly exchange it for you; or add a credit to your account. We do not return/refund items that have arrived melted due to seasonal changes. Our products are not mass produced or "stretched" so the mango and shea butters will melt in extreme heated temperatures. You can store them in a cool, dry place to "remold". Some product loss may occur due to body butter creams being whipped.

What are your forms of Payment?

It depends on if you're ordering online or in person at an event.

We only accept online payments through PayPal or Wix using one of the major credit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle for in-person payments.

Groups:

What are groups on your website?

Groups are community based, online hangouts created by Natasha Andrews for visitors, customers, & supporters alike. Some groups are free and open to the public. While others are paid memberships that are private and encourages your presence and commitment.

Can I cancel my membership related to a group without fees and penalties? 

Yes. All of our membership/subscription based groups can be canceled at any time and have no contractual agreement on length of time and attendance.

Are there group rules to follow?

Yes. Group rules are listed in each group "About" section and must be adhered to. Any member, free or paid, who breaks any of the rules are subject to be removed. 1st offense for 30 days. 2nd offense permanently.

Can anyone join a group?

For the most part yes. However, the "Spiritual Girlie Covenant" community requires initiation first. And once approved, access is granted and monthly billing for your plan's subscription will begin.
