Growing up in my family dynamics was a mad house! I mean mad! We had drug selling and abuse, we had lots of alcohol, we had early teen sex, molestation, physical and verbal abuse and almost every other thing you could imagine within the family I was born into. And some might even argue, the family I chose to come into. But that's still up for debate.

Connection by definition is; a relationship in which a person, thing, or idea is linked or associated with something else. So why aren't you taking being connected, attached, intertwined with, and within reach to people a lot more seriously? As a lot of us spiritual girlies know, energy is infectious, and contagious. Who you hang around with, work with, do business with, sleep with, basically come into frequent contact with, to exchange on some level energy, will have an impa
