Shea Butter - Using it regularly helps skin retain moisture, which makes it soft and smooth. Since it's packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents, it may also keep your skin supple. Daily application of shea butter before bed can help prevent acne and clear dark spots on your face. It will also give anti-sunburn healing and undo damage from daytime sun exposure. It boosts the production of collagen. Therefore, hydration and softness of the skin promote and maintains elasticity while collagen positively impacts the skin's firmness. In addition, shea butter is an antioxidant, anti-ageing agent, with high levels of Vitamin A and E.
